1. RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned in the event of a warranty issue for the same product and size. Please see the Exchange and Warranty Policies below. All sales are final.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Tuning Element will allow an exchange of a product due to the wrong size within 3 days of the purchase date at store locations.  If purchased online at www.TuningElement.com, you then will have 5 days for your product to be delivered back to Tuning Element, LLC for an exchange.  All products must be in a like-new, sell-able condition without scratches.  Please send a copy of the receipt, which different product you would like, and/or the exact size/length.

3. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Such an important decision for your health and wellness deserves an exceptional warranty. Tuning Element’s warranty is our promise to stand behind the quality of your health investment, to be there when you need us, to listen to your concerns, and to create a comfortable, no-hassle shopping experience from start to finish.

For the next twelve months from the date of purchase, we warranty our products against defects in material or craftsmanship. If your product becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Tuning Element will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will replace it with an item at our discretion of a comparable value and type.

Exclusions:

  1. Ceramic bracelet is dropped, damaged, and/or broken.
  2. Necklaces, bracelets, and anklets damaged by force.  Example: caught on something.
  3. Cosmetic discoloration of gold plating or any other color plating.
  4. Scratches.
  5. Patch products.

4. Trial Necklace Program

4.1. Trial Program and Fee. Our Trial Program is a great way to try a Level 3 Cortex Necklace or a Vertex Necklace for one month. A Tuning Element Customer Service Representative will call you to complete your trial account setup. The Trial Program has a one-time fee of $50 which is applied to your purchase should you decide to keep your necklace. Tens of Thousands of people love how they feel wearing Tuning Element and we believe you will too. We will send you a return envelope should you decide to return your necklace. You don’t have to do anything to keep your necklace after setting up your Trial account with Customer Service, we will charge you the price of the necklace minus your initial $50 trial program fee after 30 days. Enjoy the new you. 

4.2 Payment Method. Unless otherwise indicated, you will be required to provide a credit card payment method accepted by Tuning Element (Payment Method), prior to shipping your Level 3 necklace trial. We will charge your card of choice, a $50 trial fee through our website or over the phone with our Customer Service. When you provide a Payment Method, we will attempt to verify the information you entered by processing an authorization hold. We do not charge you in connection with this authorization hold, but your available balance or credit limit may be reduced. If you want to use a different Payment Method than the one you signed up to use during payment of your trial fee, you may do so when you speak with Tuning Element Customer Service when completing the setup of your trial account.

4.3 Billing Holds. In the event of a failed attempt to charge to your Payment Method (e.g. if your Payment Method has expired), we reserve the right to retry billing your Payment Method. In the event that you or we (through our payment service providers) update your Payment Method to remedy a change in validity or expiration date, we will automatically resume billing you for any necklace you decide to keep. If we remain unable to successfully charge a valid Payment Method. We also reserve the right to pursue any amounts you fail to pay in connection with your trial, including collection costs, bank overdraft fees, collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and arbitration or court costs.

We may offer you the ability to pause your subscription for a specified period of time. If you do not cancel before the end of the pause period, billing will resume automatically.

4.4 Cancellation. You can cancel your rent by returning your trial necklace to Tuning Element in the provided return envelope. trial fees are nonrefundable. If you cancel, you will not receive a credit. 

4.5 Trial Period. The trial period is 30 days. One active trial program per household.
