Return Policy

SLEEP NECKLACE TRIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Overview: The Sleep Necklace Trial is a free 3-6 night trial available in-store, at our corporate office, online, and via phone. Participants must provide personal information and a credit card, which will be charged if they decide to keep the necklace or fail to return it within the specified time frame.
  1. Eligibility and Participation: To participate, customers must:

          - Be at least 18 years old.

          - Provide valid personal and payment information.

          - Acknowledge and agree to the terms of the trial.

  1. Trial Process: Online and Phone Participation

          - Trial Fee: $10 for shipping and handling.

          - Return Process: A $10 shipping and handling fee applies if returning by mail.

  1. Shipping and Handling Fees

          - If the Sleep Necklace is returned via mail, a $10 shipping and handling fee is charged.

          - Customers have 3 calendar days after the trial period to return the Sleep Necklace. If the package is not labeled by the postal office within this time frame, the customer's credit card will be charged for the cost of the necklace.

  1. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

          - Complete the Sleep Necklace Trial Form accurately.

          - Return the Sleep Necklace within the agreed time period.

- Pay any applicable shipping and handling fees.

  1. Return and Purchase Terms

- Return Process: Customers must return the Sleep Necklace in its original condition. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the provided credit card.

          - Purchase Process: If the customer decides to keep the Sleep Necklace, their credit card will be charged automatically. Invoices will be issued through our Square system.

  1. Extensions: Customers can request a 3-night extension if needed. Extensions are granted at the discretion of Customer Service and must be properly documented in the trial records.
  1. Customer Follow-Up: Our team will contact participants throughout the trial to check in on their experience. Customers must update any changes regarding their decision to purchase or return the Sleep Necklace.
  1. Customer Experience Inquiry: After the trial, we will gather feedback on the customer's experience and offer assistance or alternative product recommendations.
  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

          - The trial is free, but the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

          - If the customer fails to return the Sleep Necklace or ship it back within the required timeframe, the credit card on file will be charged for the full price of the necklace.

By participating in the Sleep Necklace Trial, you agree to these terms and conditions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Tuning Element will allow an exchange of a product due to the wrong size within 3 days of the purchase date at store locations.  If purchased online at www.TuningElement.com, you then will have 5 days for your product to be delivered back to Tuning Element, LLC for an exchange.  All products must be in like new, sellable condition without scratches.  Please send a copy of the receipt, which different product you would like, and/or the exact size/length.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Such an important decision for your health and wellness deserves an exceptional warranty. Tuning Element’s warranty is our promise to stand behind the quality of your health investment, to be there when you need us, to listen to your concerns and to create a comfortable, no-hassle shopping experience from start to finish.

For the next twelve months from the date of purchase, we warranty our products against defects in material or craftsmanship. If your product becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturer defect, Tuning Element will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will replace it with an item at our discretion of a comparable value and type.

Exclusions:

  1. The ceramic bracelet was dropped, damaged, and/or broken.
  2. Necklaces, bracelets, and anklets damaged by force.  Example: caught on something.
  3. Cosmetic discoloration of gold plating or any other color plating.
  4. Scratches.
  5. Patch products.
