I woke during the night with a totally clogged left sinus. I got up and did a sinus irrigation with salt water and 5 drops of grapefruit seed extract concentrate. It stung, which told me there was bacteria present. I also used hydrogen peroxide diluted with a few drops of water in each ear for 10 min to catch the bacteria that might be lurking and contributing there.. I took some oregano capsules and went back to bed.

I got up 2.5 hours later and repeated the irrigation process, but the sinus was still clogged. So, I put my Master Clip on a headband so it was on top of the clogged sinus location on my forehead. And abracadabra……the sinus started draining within minutes!
I’ve still got it on 3 hours later and it is still working its magic. Don’t know what will happen once I remove it when I’m out in public!
