"Since the molecular structure of water is the essence of all life, the man who can control that structure in cellular systems will change the world."- Dr. Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, Nobel Prize winner in Physiology or Medicine 1937

Water is the most crucial substance to our existence: it is essential for the initiation and maintenance of life. Water is the most abundant substance on this Earth and yet the most misunderstood and mysterious. It is key to the creation of life, and it is the key to the creation of health and healing. In this short article, we discuss the phenomena of structured water and liquid crystals. As we shall see, water restructures itself under the influence of Extremely Low Electromagnetic Frequencies (Under the influence of the ELEMF of the AQUA TUNE BOTTLE developed by Tuning Element products, water becomes structured in a way that makes it easily absorbed into the body,
bringing instant hydration.

Today’s technologies make it possible to physically view the small structure and shape of water molecules as they appear, allowing us to compare the shape and structure of the water molecules inside cells, various tissues, and different people. These comparisons enable us to view the differences in molecular structures, which reveal astounding relationships between the structural patterns of water molecules and their sources. Water from living organisms has
different structures from tap water. Water from diseased cells is different from water from healthy cells. Every single cell of a living organism contains water that we can identify as “living water” or “structured water.”

Extremely Low Electromagnetic Frequencies are created by the piezoelectric capacities of crystals in connective tissue and cytoskeletons. ELEMF transforms water into structured water. Structure in this context means that water molecules arrange themselves in repeating geometric patterns. In this sense, water is a crystal; more specifically, water is a liquid crystal. As a liquid crystal, water shares some properties with solid-state crystals, namely, their crystalline structures. However, as a liquid crystal, water also shares some properties with fluids, namely, the elasticity and capacity to transform dynamically.

Since structured water is a liquid crystal, rather than a solid state crystal such as quartz or ruby, it can quickly change and alter its geometric pattern formations. Under certain circumstances, environmental conditions, and the influences of different energy frequency stimuli, water forms or changes the structures of its molecules. ELEMF's are precisely the kind of stimuli that influence water to transform into new structu res. In sum, as a liquid crystal, water uses its various bonding mechanisms dictated by ELEMF to change its order of arrangement.

Water molecules are so small and weigh so little that while they only comprise 75 80% of our body mass, they account for over 99% of our body’s molecules. Water in living organisms is different from tap or drinking water. Water enters our body through the digestive process, and in this process, it is converted into structured water The formation of structure is driven by proce sses that originate in the ELEMF of gut metabolism. Structured water that enters our blood and lymph systems is ready to be used in metabolic processes. Structured water does not contain hard crystals, as our research shows in figures 1A and 1B.  In short water that is structured under certain ELEMF is easier for the body to absorb and utilize for hydration and metabolism.

ELEMF enact molecular electromagnetic changes that contribute to the dissolution of hard crystals. The molecules that constituted the hard crystals prior to ELEMF stimuli are rearranged at the periphery of the dry water drop after coming into contact with ELEMF (See image 2A). The structured water dry drop of the molecules that had been in contact with ELEMF shows a clear center of liquid crystal and not a fixed structure of a hard crystal.

Liquid crystal has a high degree of plasticity, which is needed in the production of biological material, as shown in figure 2A. Liquid crystals are flexible and can repattern their arrangements nearly instantly with new information from stimuli. This flex ible plasticity is the characteristic responsible for the phenomenon witnessed in the Emoto and Korotkov photographic experiments of frozen water. (See figures 3A and 3B, respectively.) The molecules of liquid crystalline water remain mobile while arrang ing and rearranging themselves into new patterns of organization. They can rearrange themselves in femtoseconds (one quadrillionth of a second) and picoseconds (one trillionth of a second) to form new structural patterns.

Every time water rearranges itself, and it imprints new information in the structure while retaining complex organization. This capacity of liquid crystals to spontaneously rearrange themselves enables them to be more adaptable than solid state crystals. This allows liquid crystals to have memory; it enables them to store energy, and it also allows them to absorb new information to which they are exp osed. This process demonstrates that liquid crystals have a learning capability. Updating its structure every femtosecond or picosecond does not imply an entirely new pattern of the organization but rather an updating of the current structural energy of t he liquid crystal.

Tuning Element TM a leading company in the production of passive ELEMF products, has developed AQUA TUNE BOTTLE. The bottle is tuned with a specific ELEMF blend and instantly converts tap water into structured water (figure 2A). This wat er has an exceptional drinking taste, and the resultative structures of the water affected by the ELEMF of the AQUA TUNE BOTTLE allow the water to be easily absorbed into the body, supplying instant hydration.
